Supporting Ourselves and Others

Now is not the time to do more and be more. Now is not the time to judge or be judge. Now is not the time to place unrealistic expectations on ourselves or others.

For your health (and our own), let go of the pressures we feel to check off every item on our to-do lists, let go of the mindset that in order to make it through this time, we need to be doing more than we were before. Let’s just let it be what it is… because there really is nothing else we can do.

We believe that now is the time to focus on what our community needs. It is time to be more for each other, to do what we can to support ourselves and others through the challenges we face.

We are here for you now and will continue to be your long term health partner. You deserve to feel good in your body, and being homebound shouldn’t get in your way. In fact, now is the perfect time to shift your focus to your wellbeing. Times like these are opportunities for us to pay close attention to how we take care of ourselves. As we’ve slowed down to protect each other and our community, we’ve been given an opportunity to heal. Our menu and our mission are focused on helping you be the healthiest you can be. P.S. We Miss You

On a personal note, we want to take a moment to say that we miss you! Our dine-in service is closed, half of our staff is not currently working, and while our restaurants remain quite busy with online orders and phone calls, the chatter in our dining rooms and in our kitchens is obviously silenced. We designed our restaurants for our customers and employees in mind, where conversations and laughter happened naturally and where people, both customers and employees, could come to  just be themselves. We know at the right time it will all come back. But in the meantime, we want to acknowledge that we miss it. We miss you and we cannot wait to be back together again!
