Well Pared – Downtown: 2710 1st Ave N at the corner of 27th and 1st, next to Walkers. Your Catering order will be ready at our Downtown location at the time indicated during checkout.

Where Is Well Pared Catering Available?

Well Pared catering options are currently available for pickup at our downtown location in Billings, MT (2710 1st Avenue North).

How Far In Advance Should I Place My Catering Order?

We appreciate 24 hours’ notice for all catering orders but do understand that things come up and you may need a last minute order. If you’re able to plan ahead for your event, we encourage you to contact us at 406-534-3170 (ext: #2) with your order as soon as you have all of the necessary info to ensure timely delivery and setup.

Do You Deliver Catering Orders?

Yes, we can deliver most catering orders for a small fee. Contact us at 406-534-3170 (ext: #2) to find out if delivery is available for your event. Catering orders are also available for pickup at our downtown location in Billings, MT (2710 1st Avenue North).

How Long Does Set-Up Take?

Set up takes at least 20 minutes once the delivery driver arrives; larger catering orders may take longer.

How Do I Place My Catering Order?

Catering orders can be placed on our website at https://wellpared.com/store/

Online catering orders must be prepaid at least 24 hours’ in advance and may be purchased by credit or debit card. Well Pared accepts AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.

Do Catering Orders Include Beverages, Chips and/or Desserts?

No, beverages, chips and/or desserts are not included but can be added on for an additional cost.

Do I Need To Supply My Own Plates, Forks, and Napkins?

Serving boats, serving utensils, forks, spoons, and napkins are supplied for all online catering orders. We do not provide these items if you order a la carte or boxed lunches.

What If Some Of My Guests Have Dietary Restrictions or Allergies. Can You Tailor Your Product To My Needs?

Yes, our menu is completely customizable! We can design and personalize catering orders to fit most dietary preferences. Please be sure to take the opportunity to let us know what your needs are so that we may design a program that best accommodates your needs.

Do You Have Any Vegetarian Or Vegan Catering Options?

Yes, we do! We can design and personalize catering orders to fit most vegetarian and/or vegan dietary preferences. Please be sure to take the opportunity to let us know what your needs are so that we may design a program that best accommodates your needs.

Can I Pay In Advance For A Catering Order?

Online catering orders must be prepaid at least 24 hours’ in advance and may be purchased by credit or debit card. Well Pared accepts AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.

You are more than welcome to provide your payment information in person if you prefer, but you will not be charged until the day of order fulfillment.

Can I Order A La Carte Items?

Yes, almost all of our catering items can be ordered a la carte to best accommodate your needs.

Do I Need To Bring Any Items Back To The Restaurant?

Unless you have requested specialty platters, you do not need to bring anything back to the restaurant as everything included with our catering is disposable.

How Do I Change An Existing Order?

What Is The Customer Cancellation Policy?

Customer’s request to cancel a catering order under three days are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If Customer’s cancellation request is submitted after the supply of goods is initiated the cancellation request will be denied. If Customer has elected to pay by credit card, the Customer will be bound to the terms of its agreement with its credit card issuer. If the credit card or debit card information provided by Customer is invalid, or the charge or debit is otherwise declined for any reason, payment terms shall automatically be deemed as undeliverable.
