We have compiled a basic outline and some helpful tips for your Well Pared Meals. We hope this list of frequently asked questions will help answer any remaining questions you might have.

Well Pared – Downtown: 2710 1st Ave N at the corner of 27th and 1st, next to Walkers. Your prepared meals will be ready at our Downtown location at the time indicated during checkout.

What Sets Well Pared Meals Apart From Other Prepared Food Programs?

At Well Pared, food quality is our highest priority. Our mission is to help make healthy simple! Our meals utilize fresh ingredients, clean proteins and are 100% gluten-free! Our made from scratch meals will never contain any artificial ingredients and are prepared fresh and ready to enjoy. We have an amazing culinary team that works hard to create meals that are both delicious and nutritious.  We take the work out of healthy eating. No planning, shopping, cooking or cleaning. Simply heat and enjoy in the comfort of your own home!

What Results Can I Expect To See From Well Pared Meals?

Well Pared Meals provides you with fresh, healthy meals to help you be successful on your journey and see results.  All the guesswork is taken out of the equation, making healthy eating simple and easy. Weight loss will vary for each client based on their individual weight, metabolism, age, activity level and commitment to implementing healthy diet and lifestyle changes. Many of our clients average a loss of 1-3lbs per week. Results may vary.

How Can Well Pared Meals Help Me Lose Weight?

Fat loss is not solely based on caloric intake. While portion control can contribute to weight loss, the ratios of protein, fat and carbohydrates has a large impact. Our meals are appropriately balanced and safely influence fat loss.

Am I Able To View The Meals?

We have all available meal options on our website at https://wellpared.com/prepared-meals/

Where Are Well Pared Meals Available?

Well Pared Meals are currently available for pickup at our downtown location in Billings, MT (2710 1st Avenue North). At this time, we do not ship or deliver. Our meals are available for pickup Monday thru Friday. In order to provide freshly prepared meals, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. During checkout, please specify your desired pickup date and time in the field provided.

How do I Store My Meals Once I Pick Them Up?

We suggest immediately storing them in the refrigerator.

Can I Store My Meals In The Freezer If I Am Not Going To Consume Immediately?

We suggest storing your fresh meals in the refrigerator and consuming them within 5 days. You can freeze your meals if they cannot be consumed before the expiration date.  We do not suggest storing salads or “Ready to Eat” meals in the freezer.

How Do I Heat My Meals In The Supplied Entrée Container?

Heating your meals in our BPA-free entrée containers is quick and simple.

  1. Remove the plastic lid.
  2. Cover container with a sheet of paper towel or wax paper before placing it in your microwave.
  3. Heat to the recommended time on your entrée label.
  4. Remove your meals from the microwave and enjoy.

When And How Should I Eat My Well Pared Meals?

Your meals can be eaten in the order that best fits your needs. Your meals are best when consumed within 5 days and will be marked with an expiration date.

Is The Container Oven-Safe?

No, we recommend removing the item from the container and placing on or in an oven-safe or stovetop-safe container.

Is The Container Dishwasher-Safe?

Yes, you can safely wash the container on the top rack of your dishwasher.

Can I Recycle My Box And Packaging Materials?

Yes, we recommend recycling or reusing all packaging materials. Your food containers are reusable and recyclable as well.

I Have Dietary Restrictions And Allergies. How Do You Tailor Your Product To My Needs?

Yes, our menu is completely customizable! We can design and personalize most meals to your dietary preferences within our program guidelines.  Please be sure to take the opportunity to let us know what your needs are so that we may design a program that best accommodates your needs.

Note: Meals are prepared and packaged in a facility shared with eggs, milk and nuts/tree nuts.

How Is Nutritional Information Figured?

Nutritional information is calculated based on our standardized recipes. Because our products are handcrafted exact information may vary. Macronutrient ingredients are calculated and listed on all Well Pared Meals, helping you more easily track your caloric intake. At the time of writing, we are working with an organization to breakdown and verify nutritional information.

Do You Use Any GMO’s?

We try to only source ingredients from companies enrolled in the Non-GMO project which greatly reduces the likelihood of buying GMO ingredients.

How Often Does The Menu Change?

The menu changes seasonally and is set up on a 12 week revolving cycle. Our menu changes with the seasons to ensure your meals are prepared with the finest and freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables.

How Do I Pay For My Meals?

Well Pared Meals must be prepaid at least 24 hours’ in advance and may be purchased by credit or debit card. Well Pared accepts AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.

How Far In Advance Should I Place My Order?

We appreciate 24 hours’ notice for all meals orders. Our meals are available for pickup Monday thru Friday. During checkout, please specify your desired pickup date and time in the field provided.

How Do I Change An Existing Order?

What Is The Customer Cancellation Policy?

Customer’s request to cancel an already processed payment must be received before the supply of goods is initiated. If Customer’s cancellation request is submitted after this time, the cancellation request will be denied. If Customer has elected to pay by credit card, the Customer will be bound to the terms of its agreement with its credit card issuer. If the credit card or debit card information provided by Customer is invalid, or the charge or debit is otherwise declined for any reason, payment terms shall automatically be deemed as undeliverable.
